Club Young Diplomat

The complex of programs of the Young Diplomat Club is a multifaceted system that includes career guidance, education, upbringing, a special course in English, and the study of specialization in certain areas within thematic programs.

The programs of the Young Diplomat Club are based on the modular step-by-step Career Guidance Program "International School of Youth Diplomacy" of MGIMO of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The program is curated by the United Nations Russian Association.

The program of lectures and seminars of the Club "Young Diplomat" for grades 8-11. The general course of the Module is 24 hours, including:

12 academic hours: Workshops "Embassy"
10 ac. hours: Lectures by MGIMO Departments of the MFA of Russia
2 ac. hours - Department of International Relations MGIMO
2 ac. hours - MGIMO Department of Diplomacy
2 ac. hours - Department of International Economic Relations MGIMO

PROGRAM of the "International School of Youth Diplomacy" MGIMO MFA of Russia

Career guidance program for students in grades 8-11 (SCHOOL SESSION)

Module 1 (24 hours) lecture (working language - Russian) - MGIMO teachers give lectures and conduct a diplomatic workshop "Embassy"
Module 2 (24 hours) - a special course in English, classes with a native speaker.

The student of the program can plan his schedule of visiting modules for 2-3 years. Upon completion of two modules, a Certificate of completion of the Program "International School of Youth Diplomacy" of MGIMO of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia is issued.

Additional special offers for members of the Young Diplomat Club: - internship at the Vienna Diplomatic Academy and visits to international organizations (UN, OSCE, OPEC) - group trips abroad to language camps (vacation time) - formation of a team of high school students to participate in the Moscow Model UN at MGIMO.
